I have been -- and continue to be -- a victim of the U.S. Secret Government covert mind control Operations MKULTRA and Bluebird. They are “good” on drug entrapment and using “word tricks” in the “deliberate double language” to promote cognitive dissonance and emotion stress in their “subject” -- who is of course -- the “victim”.
Over a period of many years, MKULTRA and Bluebird have used “young adults” and even “young children” as “covert” attack-dogs against me -- indeed, some as sex entrapment wh*res.
The Secret Government of the United States of America has been (and is) -- deliberately and provocatively, placing young children into a hostile military field -- thereby CREATING A HOSTILE MILITARY FIELD -- intentionally intending to evoke a potentially hostile or even deadly response.
This Is Not Allowed On The Planet Earth!

This is my letter of October 4, 1983 to Rep. Don Edwards, then Chair of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Subcommittee on Civil and Constitutional Rights.
On Page 1 of this letter I state:
“The basic components of this (alleged) project are my interactions with these and other persons and my belief that they employ a purposeful “double language” both in conversations with me and within my hearing which are ostensibly about one thing, but have a second meaning of psychological importance to me -- in areas in which I am guilty, weak, uncertain or fearful.”

In late 1999 I was living in Richmond, Virginia. The first event of note occurred in my apartment building, literally as I was first moving in.
In retrospect, I believe this incident was meant as a “destabilizer” and “anxiety producer” in me -- as a “primer” -- for the events that would soon follow.
I was carrying in boxes, and at the same time someone in another apartment was going out. I said, "Hello. My name is Mike. I'm just moving in." This person said, "That's bad."
This made me feel uncertain and fearful. I simply replied, "Don't say that."
It was dark in the hallway (about sundown) and I kept working with the keys. This person also worked with the keys a bit, and said, "You've got the wrong keys."
This gentleman went on to say, "This used to be my apartment. I've been trying to get it back." I worked with the keys some more and finally got the door open.
This incident would be very minor -- except for my personal history going back many years. He made no threats whatsoever, and acted friendly enough, offering to help me bring in my things from my car.
I declined this offer as I was afraid of further psycho-war assaults, and I felt time and sleep were my best protections.
The next day, I wrote a letter to President Clinton about this incident and put it on the outside of my door. The light in the hallway was burnt out, and you would have needed a flashlight to read it.

About 3 or 4 days later, someone backed a truck up to the entrance of my apartment building and unloaded some things, presumably someone’s personal belongings, who was just moving in. Someone (outside) said “He was the nice guy.”
I was afraid and sensitized from the events of the night that I first moved in, and I believe this was a follow-on threat from MKULTRA from my posting that letter on my apartment door -- this threat to say: the psy-war attack of October 11 was from “the nice guy”.

Just a few days later, a new neighbor -- presumably associated with the incident of “someone” moving in a few days earlier -- interacted with me in a hostile and confrontational manner. I went out to buy a newspaper, and when I exited the apartment door, a large black man was nailing up a new mailbox.
As the door and mailboxes are situated, I was past this person, on out on the sidewalk before I even knew anyone was there. My back was toward him, and I was walking away from him.
In a hostile and confrontational voice, this man said, demanding, “Where did you come from? Who are you?” I stopped and said, “What?” I was wearing my Walkman earphones, and he demanded, “Take those earphones off!”
I was doing so anyway, and I continued, but by this time I was concerned and frightened. I don’t remember exactly who said what next, but I said, “Who are you?”
He demanded, “I asked first.” I finally stammered, “I live here. I just moved in.” And again I asked, “Who are you?”
He said, “I don’t want to know you.” At this I went on my way, but I was frightened.
And the hits just keep on coming -- three in a row. Remember the person who said, “He’s the nice guy.”? So, here’s the “bad guy”: big, black, hostile and confrontational.
Is this starting to sound like Kafka?! If the gods were only so kind!

This incident prompted me to write the Police Chief of Richmond, Virginia. I personally took this letter to the Chief’s office, about two weeks later, or so. It was a Friday afternoon.
The next Friday afternoon Richmond police came and took me for involuntary psychiatric lockup. While I was there, an orderly asked me what I had done to get there. I said, "I wrote a letter to the Chief of Police describing a threat to me." He said, "Don't write any more letters."
Another orderly shortly later, said, "Ben Franklin's dead." Meaning, "Ben Franklin and the patriots are dead."
I wrote a letter peaceably petitioning the government for redress of a grievance. Have you read the 1st Amendment lately? "The right of the people to peaceably assemble and petition the government for redress of a grievance -- shall not be abridged."

When I was a candidate in 2003 in a special election for U.S. Congress (Texas-19) -- OFFICERS OF THE LUBBOCK COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY threatened my life, and threatened me with a lifetime of medical torture under involuntary psychiatric confinement.

Joint hearings into Project MKULTRA began on August 3, 1977 -- before the U.S. Senate: Select Committee on Intelligence and the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research of the Committee on Human Resources -- with testimony from then CIA Director (DCI) Stansfield Turner.
The Director of “Operation MKULTRA”, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, is quoted on page xxiii of the introduction to “Acid Dreams” -- as saying in testimony before the U.S. Senate in September or October 1977, “The purpose of Operation MKULTRA and related programs, was:
“... to investigate whether and how it was possible to modify an
individual’s behavior by covert means.”

This tells us up front that the U.S. Government has practiced -- and I believe continues to practice against me personally -- human psychiatric experimentation -- human medical experimentation -- WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT.
When he says “covert means” -- that means the “subject” of the “scientific experiment” does not know that he or she is the victim of covert psychiatric conditioning.
Deliberately changing a person’s personality by sophisticated psychiatric means is an “experimental” medical procedure -- applied without the subject/victim’s knowledge, much less his or her informed consent. If you don’t know the facts, it is impossible for you to give “informed” consent!
Many people have heard years ago, about CIA’s testing of LSD on unsuspecting
people. This was part of MKULTRA.
The book “Acid Dreams” claims the hippy movement, Haight-Ashbury, and all, was a huge, country-wide -- secret medical experiment -- which included covert psychiatric methods to “modify a person’s behavior”, and to “construct” in them a new personality.
They wanted to test a bunch of different “party drugs” on a large population -- and at the same time -- they did psycho-spy stuff to the people they were smoking joints and “dropping acid” with.

Installing new personalities: That is a serious psychiatric/ social-psychology procedure. That is “medicine”. Because the procedure is covert, the subject-victim is not able to give informed consent.
The U.S. Government wants to do this covertly, and informing the “target” subject/victim to ask their permission would make the procedure: “no longer covert”.
And that is called human medical experimentation without informed consent -- and I call that Nazi! It’s all very easy after you take over the police -- as they did with alcohol prohibition -- and disavow simple human decency.
